Dorena-Hickman ferry closed by high winds
HICKMAN, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky transportation officials say the Dorena-Hickman ferry has been closed due to high winds. The ferry connects Kentucky 1354 in Hickman to Missouri Route A and Route 77 near Dorena. Capt. Ed Floyd says there are sustained winds of about 30 mph and gusts of up to 40 mph.
