Construction continued Friday morning on what will eventually be Southeast Missouri State University's School of Polytechnic Studies. The $8.8 million project is scheduled for completion around the spring of 2001. The 60,000 square-foot building is named for Otto and Della Seabaugh, who donated more than a million dollars towards the project.
