Dobbins to speak at rescheduled First Friday Coffee this week
The Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce First Friday Coffee will feature an update from speaker Kenneth Dobbins, president of Southeast Missouri State University, as well as a program titled "A Journey to Never Neverland."
