DEBRA EGGLEY RAU EARNS MASTERS DEGREE FROM SIU

Debra Eggley Rau, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Eggley of Cape Girardeau, earned a masters of arts in child clinical psychology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
