Debbie Birk works in her garage to redesign furniture to create something new. With the nickname The Junkin' Gal, she finds furniture everywhere from estate sales, Sell It Semo or even on the side of the road.

"It's kind of like a puzzle." Debbie Birk said talking about when she creates new furniture out old and some times thrown out furniture. Birk has a booth at Judith's Antiques in downtown Cape Girardeau where she sells her remodeled furniture.
