Courthouse in Jackson closed; party canceled

Southeast Missourian The Cape Girardeau County Courthouse in Jackson will be closed today. All court proceedings scheduled to take place at the courthouse are postponed. The courthouse should reopen Thursday. The Schnucks/KZIM Valentine Party scheduled for Thursday at the Arena Building has been canceled. There are currently no plans to reschedule...
