COUPLE HURT IN AN ACCIDENT NEAR SIKESTON

SIKESTON -- A Bloomfield couple were treated and released from Missouri Delta Medical Center following a one-vehicle accident Friday night.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said Alan Reiman, 35, and his wife, Nancy, 39, suffered moderate injuries in the 10:30 p.m. accident on Route AB, six miles west of Sikeston.

Both were wearing seat belts.

A spokesman with the patrol's office in Poplar Bluff said the vehicle ran off the right side of the road on a curve, and struck a culvert and overturned.
