County offices, courts observe Truman birthday
In observance of President Harry S. Truman's birthday Saturday, Cape Girardeau County offices and state courts will be closed Friday. Normal business hours will resume Monday. Truman was born May 8, 1884, and died Dec. 26, 1972, at age 88.
