Construction continues on a building for Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau on Monday at 365 Broadview St. Progress on the 75,640-square-foot facility is on track, according to executive director Todd Norhton. The facility is expected to open in January. The building will be licensed for 120 beds, including 75 private and 25 semiprivate rooms.
