Comment period open for Mingo hunting plan and environmental assessment

PUXICO, Mo. -- A comment period for Mingo National Wildlife Refuge's Draft Hunting Plan and Draft Environmental Assessment is open and will remain open through Jan. 4.

The draft documents include proposed changes related to hunting on land managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Copies of the documents are availale at www.fws.gov/refuge/mingo. Paper copies are available at the Mingo National Wildlife Refuge office, 24279 State Hwy 51, Puxico, MO.
