City leaders to appear on Pachyderm Club panel
The Southeast Missouri Pachyderm Club will host a City Leaders Panel beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday at Dexter Bar-B-Que, 236 S. Broadview St. Mayor Harry Rediger and Jackson Mayor Barbara Lohr have confirmed their participation in the panel as well as Cape Girardeau City Council members Wayne Bowen and Loretta Schneider.
