City Council meeting to be rescheduled
The Cape Girardeau City Council meeting scheduled for Monday night was postponed because of a winter storm. The meeting, as well as the planned discussion on the city's Capital Improvements Program, will be rescheduled. Inclement weather and poor road conditions also caused the closing of all non-critical city facilities Monday. City facilities were scheduled to return to a normal schedule today...
