Charter adding, reorganizing channels

Charter will add 28 high-definition channels and reorganize more than 90 percent of its channels by genre between now and April 25. The changes will become effective in the Cape Girardeau area Wednesday. Before the transition period, customers will receive a new channel listing showing the 28 high-definition channels and the location of other channels.
