CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. -- A Caruthersville man was arrested Wednesday on sex-related charges in Pemiscot County. Officers from the Caruthersville Police Department arrested Roberto Slaughter, 37, of Caruthersville on a warrant for three counts of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sodomy, two counts of second-degree statutory rape and tampering or attempted tampering with a victim or witness in a felony prosecution...

Officers from the Caruthersville Police Department arrested Roberto Slaughter, 37, of Caruthersville on a warrant for three counts of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sodomy, two counts of second-degree statutory rape and tampering or attempted tampering with a victim or witness in a felony prosecution.
His bond was set at $200,000.
