CARMEN THOMAS TO ATTEND HOBY

MORLEY -- Carmen Thomas, a sophomore at Scott County Central High School, along with 200 other sophomore leaders in the state, will attend the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation's annual Missouri Leadership Seminar.

The weekend program will be held in St. Louis April 5-7.

At the seminar, the students will discuss issues with community leaders in business, industry, education, the media, the professions and the arts.
