KENNETT, Mo. -- Melony Back was back in Dunklin County Circuit Court on Friday.
The former Cardwell city clerk appeared before Judge Dan J. Crawford, accompanied by her attorney W. Edward Reeves, of Caruthersville, Mo.
She's facing 13 counts of forgery and one count of stealing in connection with missing city funds.
Crawford agreed to a request to lower Back's $50,000 bond to $30,000.
He also set March 8 as the date of the preliminary hearing for Back.
