Loretta Schneider, a resident of Lakeview Estates subdivision, appeared before the Cape Girardeau City Council questioning the city's decision to remove the improvement of Perryville Road from its five-year capital improvement plan. Schneider and David Little, also a resident of Lakeview Estates, expressed concern that the present road was dangerous and should be a priority item over other street improvements.
