A Cape Girardeau woman suffered moderate injuries Tuesday afternoon in a single vehicle accident west of the city.

Kimberly D. Cunningham, 38, was taken to Southeast Missouri Hospital after the 1:35 p.m. accident at County Road 314 and Country Lane.

A spokesman for the Missouri Highway Patrol said Cunningham's eastbound van ran into a ditch and struck a culvert.
