Cape transfer station scales repaired
The Cape Girardeau transfer station scales have been repaired and again are operational. The scales were found in need of repair in early August. The transfer station is at 2500 S. Sprigg St. It is open from 7 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and closes on all city-observed holidays. The general disposal rate is $54.75 a ton plus the weekly fuel surplus rate...
