CAPE STUDENT WINS UE SCHOLARSHIP

Jessica S. Wagner, a recent graduate of Cape Central High School, won the Union-Electric Company-sponsored Charles J. Dougherty National Merit Scholarship.

She plans to attend the University of Missouri-Columbia and hopes to eventually attend medical school.

This scholarship recognizes the achievement of children of U.E. employees. Wagner's father, Roger, is an assistant superintendent of the Southeast Operations.
