Cape recycling center to begin winter hours next week
The Cape Girardeau recycling drop-off facility will switch to winter hours beginning next week. The drop-off center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at 2007 Southern Expressway for city solid waste customers. Summer hours that include allowing for Saturday drop-offs will end this weekend. Summer hours will resume on April 4...
