Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kenneth R. Brandon, 45, Gary E. McCurtis, 48, Raymond Gates, 51, and Earl D. Boyd Jr., 47, all of Florida, were arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for soliciting contributions in an intersection.
• Donald L. Hanebrink, 21, of 545 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.
• Charles C. Seabaugh, 20, of 1402 Amblewood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Daniel R. Withers, 21, of 45 S. West End, No. 413, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Thefts

• Money was reported stolen Wednesday at 212 S. Lorimier.
• A cell phone was reported stolen Wednesday.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 2109 William.
