  • Tabled the request of Saint Francis Medical Center for C-3, central business district, zoning to allow for construction of a four-story parking garage at the corner of Mount Auburn and Gordonville roads with plans to add two more stories later. Commissioners tabled the request so the city could notify adjoining property owners that the request had been changed from that of a special-use permit to rezoning.

* Tabled a request for a special-use permit for day-care center for up to 40 children at 1200 Ranney Ave. so that the city could notify adjoining property owners that the proposed business was planning to care for up to twice as many children as originally indicated.
