The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Kevin Smith, 27, was ejected from his vehicle when he ran off the right side of Highway AA about a mile south of Minor and overturned. The accident occurred about 2:30 a.m.
Smith was taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center and then transported to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
