A Cape Girardeau trucker won $9,000 from a scratch-off lottery ticket bought on Sept. 19, according to state lottery officials. Charles Pinkston, 42, bought the winning ticket when he stopped at Route K One Stop in Cape Girardeau. He purchased a diet Mountain Dew and two "Triple Money" Scratchers tickets.
