CAPE GIRL FINALIST IN SCHOLARSHIP, RECOGNITION PROGRAM
Rachel Catherine Wright, daughter of Robert and Judy Wright of Cape Girardeau, was a finalist in the 1994 Pre-Teen Missouri Scholarship and Recognition Program.
