Southeast Missourian Cape Girardeau police responded to a report of gunfire in the 1500 block of Rand Street around 7:16 p.m. Friday. Officers arrived at the scene to find a vehicle parked on the street had been sprayed with bullets, according to Sgt. Barry Hovis.
