Cape Girardeau police respond to call of gunfire

For the third night in a row, Cape Girardeau police received a call of gunfire near the 400 block of Hanover Street. Around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to the area of Bloomfield and Hanover Street to a report of shots fired.

Gunfire was reported in the area on Monday night, and a shooting on Sunday in the 400 block of Hanover street left one injured.
