Cape Girardeau police were called to a school bus Tuesday afternoon to intervene in a fight between two 13-year-old girls, said Cpl. Adam Glueck, spokesman for the police department.

Cape Girardeau police were called to a school bus Tuesday afternoon to intervene in a fight between two 13-year-old girls, said Cpl. Adam Glueck, spokesman for the police department.

The bus was stopped at Sprigg and Bellevue streets, Glueck said.

No injuries were reported as a result of the fight, but one of the girls was placed in custody and transferred to juvenile authorities, he said.
