Cape Girardeau man seriously hurt in ATV crash
A Cape Girardeau man suffered serious injuries after an all-terrain vehicle crash Sunday morning. Justin Vines, 32, was driving a 2002 Honda ATV east on Cape Girardeau County Road 625 at 4 a.m. Sunday when he ran off the road and struck a ditch. According to online records from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Vines was not wearing a safety restraint and was thrown from the ATV. He was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center...
