Public hearings

• A public hearing regarding the request of Greater Missouri Builders Inc. to create a community improvement district, to be known as the Town Plaza Community Improvement District.
• A public hearing regarding the establishment of a Chapter 353 redevelopment project for the property l at 2102 and 2118 William St. in Cape Girardeau.
• A public hearing regarding the request of DLJ Cape to rezone a portion of an existing lot in the 200 Block of Mount Auburn Road, on the east side, between William Street and Blattner Drive, from C-4 planned commercial district to C-2 general commercial district.
• A public hearing regarding the request of JJP Investments LLC for a special-use permit to construct a commercial parking lot on an existing vacant lot on the south side of Kingsway Drive, between Melrose Avenue and Kurre Lane, in an R-1, single-family residential district.

Consent ordinances

Resolutions

• A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute addendum No. 1 to the agreement for engineering services with Gertis, Lester, Dameron & Associates Inc. for the Big Bend Road Project.
• A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Evercom Systems Inc. for inmate telephone service at the Cape Girardeau Police Department jail.
• A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a license and indemnity agreement with D Bold Enterprises LLC for improvements at the intersection of Broadway and Spanish Street.
• A resolution of the city council directing the city manager to make recommendations to the U.S. Department of Transportation for carrier selection pertaining to Essential Air Service at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
