• A resolution to execute an escrow agreement with BWE Holdings LLC and First Missouri State Bank of Cape County for Redhawk Commons Phase 2 development
• A resolution to execute a temporary occupancy permit and option to purchase with BNSF Railway Co. for the floodwall railroad relocation project
