Public hearings

• A public hearing regarding the proposed 2007 to 2012 Capital Improvements Program for Cape Girardeau.
• A public hearing regarding the submission of an application for community development block grant funding for the Fountain Street Phase II Project.

Consent ordinances

• An ordinance vacating the city's interest in a portion of right of way on Mount Auburn Road.
• An ordinance reaffirming the action of city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for the improvement, directing the city manager to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work to extend city water services to White Oaks Subdivision.
• An ordinance reaffirming the action of the city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for the improvement, directing the city manger to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work to make sanitary sewer improvements in sewer district No. 17-D to serve properties in White Oaks Subdivision.
