Seabaugh Voluntary Trust, and the proposed zoning of the same property to R-4, medium density multi-family residential district.
• A public hearing to consider the proposed voluntary annexation of property at 2596 County Road 618 into the city limits, as requested by the Shirley M. Baldwin Revocable Trust U/A dated Aug. 27, 1996, and the proposed zoning of the same property to R-1, single-family suburban residential district.
