  • Amended Section 15-427 and Section 15-430 of the city code relating to licenses and permits.

Resolutions

  • Authorized the city manager to execute a license and indemnity agreement with Southeast Missouri State University for the placement of fiber optic cable on Henderson Street right-of-way.
  • Adopted the fiscal 2008-2013 Capital Improvements Program.

Other

  • Accepted the improvements completed under the 2007 sidewalk gap program and authorized final payment to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc.
  • Approved improvement plans for Boulder Crest Estates.
  • Accepted the annual city audit prepared by Beussink, Hey, Roe, Seabaugh and Stroder LLC for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007.
