Consent Ordinances, second and third readings

• Approved settlement agreements with AT&T, Sprint and US Cellular relating to business license taxes.
• Accepted a general warranty deed from Claude and Dorothy Foeste for the realignment of Lombardo Drive.
• Authorized the mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to Claude and Dorothy Foeste for the property transfer needed for the realignment of Lombardo Drive.
• Accepted quitclaim deeds from Brenda J. Stocklas, F. William Stocklas, Barbara E. Cullen Tobin, Larry Tobin and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for the reconfiguration of Kingsway Drive project.
• Approved the record plat of the Lochs at Dalhousie, Phase IV.
• Accepted a permanent utility easement from North Pointe Center LLC for the North Point Center Phase II water line.
• Vacated the city's interest in the street right-of-way adjacent to Northview Acres Subdivision known as Cardinal Lane.

New Ordinances

• Authorized the mayor to execute a general warranty deed to Vernon E. Rhodes Family Partners LP and Rhodes Development Company LLC for the reconfiguration of Kingsway Drive.
• Accepted a general warranty deed from Vernon E. Rhodes Family Partners LP and Rhodes Development Company LLC for the reconfiguration of Kingsway Drive.
• Tabled a proposed amendment to the city code relating to licenses and permits.
• Amended the city code, by repealing certain no parking areas on Morgan Oak Street and establishing new no parking areas on Morgan Oak Street.

Liquor License

• Approved the change in managing officer for Cape Harmony Enterprise, d/b/a The Cape Club Complex, 433 S. Sprigg St. to Harold L. Griffiths and O'Charley's Inc., d/b/a O'Charley's No. 3786, 3093 William St., to Timothy B. Blake.
• Conditionally approved of a wholesalers of intoxicating liquor-all kinds liquor license for Major Brands, d/b/a Major Brands, 2100 Themis St., Todd H. Epsten, managing officer.
