Public hearings

  • Public hearing regarding the trickling filter rehabilitation at the wastewater treatment plant, to review and seek public input and comment for proposed improvements to the wastewater collection system.
  • Public hearing regarding the financing and impact on user charges of the trickling filter rehabilitation facility plan for the upgrading of the wastewater treatment plant trickling filter.
  • Public hearing regarding the request of Tom and Karen Mogelnicki and Charles and Barbara Travers to rezone 1000 Kingsway Drive from R-1, single family residential district, to C-2, general commercial district.
  • Public hearing regarding the request of Sherman and Syvilla Swan for a special-use permit for a group home day care at 1200 Ranney Ave. in an R-2, single family residential district.

Consent ordinances (Second and third readings)

  • Ordinance accepting a storm drainage easement from Kidd II Inc., for relocation of a storm sewer line at 103 N. Kingshighway.
