  • Hearing regarding the revocation of the alcoholic beverage license for the Taste Restaurant and Lounge, 402 Good Hope, Barbara Sue Treece (Simpson), managing officers.
  • Hearing regarding the voluntary petition for annexation from the Deer Creek Christian Academy Inc. for a 1.56-acre tract in the Route W Commercial Center adjoining the northern city limits.
  • Hearing regarding the request of Deer Creek Academy Inc. to rezone 2039 State Route W from R-1, single family residential district, (zoning classification upon annexation) to C-1, local commercial district.
  • Hearing regarding the request of Jerry Lipps to rezone 2355 Locust St., from M-1, light industrial district, to M-2, heavy industrial district.
  • Hearing regarding the request of the Elias Family Center Inc., to rezone 1719 N. Kingshighway from R-1, single family residential district, and C-2, general commercial district to C-2, general commercial district.
