Public hearing

• Hearing regarding the revocation of the alcoholic beverage license for the Taste Restaurant and Lounge, 402 Good Hope, Barbara Sue Treece (Simpson), managing officers.
• Hearing regarding the voluntary petition for annexation from the Deer Creek Christian Academy Inc. for a 1.56-acre tract in the Route W Commercial Center adjoining the northern city limits.
• Hearing regarding the request of Deer Creek Academy Inc. to rezone 2039 State Route W from R-1, single family residential district, (zoning classification upon annexation) to C-1, local commercial district.
• Hearing regarding the request of Jerry Lipps to rezone 2355 Locust St., from M-1, light industrial district, to M-2, heavy industrial district.
• Hearing regarding the request of the Elias Family Center Inc., to rezone 1719 N. Kingshighway from R-1, single family residential district, and C-2, general commercial district to C-2, general commercial district.
• Hearing regarding Umar Aziz and Bobby D. and Lula McDonald to rezone the northeast corner of North Sprigg Street and Mason Street from R-4, multiple family residential district, to C-1, local commercial district.

• Ordinance levying a special assessment for making certain sewer improvements in Twin Lakes Subdivision, lateral sewer district No. 16-C, and authorizing the issuance of special tax bills, and a motion authorizing final payment to R&K Excavation Inc. for improvements to the lateral sanitary sewers in Sewer District No. 16-C.
• Ordinance amending Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 2355 Locust St. from M-1 to M-2.
• Ordinance amending Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 1719 N. Kingshighway from R-1 to C-2.
• Ordinance amending Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of northeast corner of North Sprigg Street and Mason Street from R-4 to C-1.
• Ordinance amending Chapter 7 of City Code relating to trespass upon premises of building posted as dangerous buildings.

• Ordinance declaring it necessary to improve Timon Way from Big Bend Road to Dumais Drive, DePaul Lane from Country Club Drive to driveway; Donna Lane from Timon Way to dead end; North Lorimier Street from Mill to Pearl streets; Pearl Street from North Lorimier to Fountain streets; Hunters Lane from Boulder Crest Drive to dead end; Collins Street from Mount Auburn Road to Hunze Drive; Hunze Drive from Hopper Road to Collins Street; and Hill St. (Riverview Drive) from Rand to Johnson streets; known as the 2000-1 4-inch asphaltic pavement program of the Transportation Trust Fund.
• Ordinance amending City Code repealing and establishing speed limits on Broadway.
• Ordinance authorizing city manager to execute a contract with Kelley Transportation Co. Inc. for subsidized transportation coupon services.

• Resolution authorizing city manager to execute project agreement number 1 to a contract with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly Inc., consulting engineers, for an airport layout plan update.
• Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with Missouri Department of Natural Resources for a storm water loan or grant for the Cape Meadows Stormwater Project.
• Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with Missouri Department of Natural Resources for a stormwater loan or grant for a city-wide master drainage plan.
