CAPE BOY WINS LITTLE MR. WESTERN AT SIKESTON RODEO
Preston Newell, 3, recently won the Little Mr. Western title at the Sikeston Annual Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo. He won in the 3-to 6-year old division, competing against 38 other boys.
