Bridge deck replacement work is continuing Monday, July 15, 2013 on Route E over Interstate 55 in Scott County, north of the interchange at Benton, Mo. Weather permitting, the bridge will be reopened by 5 p.m. Aug. 8, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation. The $658,360 contract was awarded Feb. 6 to Lehman Construction Co. of California, Mo., by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
