PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Perryville aldermen voted Tuesday to remove a breed-specific ban from a proposed dangerous dog ordinance. The city attorney will now formalize the ordinance's language and add elements pertaining to owner liability, Perryville Mayor Debbie Gahan said.
