BLODGETT, Mo. -- A 17-year-old Blodgett man was in the custody of the Scott County Sheriff's Department on Saturday on sex-related charges.
Matthew T. Fredwell is charged with statutory sodomy, deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 14 and child molestation, according to a new release.
