Bid to deposit $1 million bill leads to arrest

SIOUX CITY, Iowa -- Authorities said a man who tried to deposit what he presented as a $1 million bill was charged with drug possession. A criminal complaint stated Sioux City police officers were called to a bank Thursday to talk to a man who tried to deposit the bill into his account.
