BERNIE, Mo. -- A Bernie teenager died in a one-car accident on Wednesday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dalton Wasson, 16, was traveling east on Route Z three miles east of Bernie at just after 7 a.m. when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Wasson was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
