BELL CITY -- The American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive Thursday from 2-6 p.m. at the Bell City High School, Highway 91 and School St.
"During the summer months, our blood supplies are used very rapidly. Donors are needed in the fall to help bring the supplies back up to save levels," said Dana Garner, director of donor recruitment.
To be eligible to give blood, donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old.
