Attorney - Man forgot gun was in briefcase
CHICAGO -- The attorney for an Orland Park man arrested for carrying a loaded handgun in his briefcase at Midway airport said his client "made a silly mistake." Duane Hughes, 51, appeared in Cook County Circuit Court Saturday for a bail hearing.
