Area schools report Friday closings
Some area schools have reported Friday closings. The Scott City school district reported via text alert that Friday classes are canceled due to many bus routes being packed with snow and ice. As of 5:40 p.m. Advance and Zalma reported Friday closings on the KZIM-KSIM website. The Perry County public school district reported buses would run on snow routes only Friday...

The Scott City and Oran school districts reported via text alert that Friday classes are canceled due to many bus routes being packed with snow and ice.
As of 7:50 p.m. Advance, Kelly, Kelso C-7, Leopold and Zalma reported Friday closings on the KZIM-KSIM website. The Perry County public school district and Oak Ridge reported buses would run on snow routes only Friday.
