Police arrested James E. Walker, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., at the arcade at about 7 p.m. Wednesday. He was in custody Thursday at the city jail on a $30,000 bond.

He is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, both felonies. If convicted of the charges, he faces a maximum prison sentence of 30 years in prison.
