AMERICAN QUEEN PLANS STOP HERE

The American Queen will dock at Riverfront Park in Cape Girardeau Wednesday from 7 to 11 a.m.

Since Wednesday also is Missouri Day, passengers from the boat will be treated to refreshments at the Cape River Heritage Museum.

About 100 student from East Prairie will visit the boat and Riverfront Park, and the Friends of the Library group plans a 30-minute tour of the paddle wheeler.
