A Chaffee, Mo., woman has been charged with the distribution and manufacturing of methamphetamine. Shelly Spear, 30, was arrested after deputies said they discovered a methamphetamine lab at a home Thanksgiving morning. She has also been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. She is being held in the Scott County Jail on a $35,000 bond, according to a news release.
